Community Goals
Community goals apply to what we do for people living in our community who we know outside of our family and peer groups. Community goals can describe needs underlying the work we do for employers as we serve customers and fellow employees. Community goals also describe volunteer projects as well as spontaneous gifts to non-profit organizations or individuals. Community goals describe one side of an employer-employee relationship who pays for our services, or they describe gifts as a one-way benefit.
Starting Steps for Community Goals
(1) Who do I know needs or wants my help?
(2) What types of transactions can I offer other people I know?
(3) What types of transactions do I receive from other people? Can I offer these people any benefits that they want also?
